Who is KACPS?
Owner operators Ken and Deb Castinado have lived in the Johnson County area for over 35 years, and they have been involved with property management from a young age. Ken and his wife, Deb, have a proven record of adding value and trust to each and every property under their management.
Our daily philosophy is to get better by sharing our best practices with our landlord clients and creating a positive experience for our tenants so they stay longer. We are a local company that understands the needs and wants of our community. We take pride in being local.

What We Do?
We make owing rentals easy for property owners and investors who would rather be doing something else. Our mission is very simple: “Rental property investing must be painless and profitable”. We handle maintenance calls, lease agreements, filling vacancies, tenant concerns, and emergency calls. Our landlord clients can enjoy owning property and have a piece of mind that their investment is being managed and handled as if they were doing it themselves.
